How It All Started
My introduction to blacksmithing was in 1979 when I started with coal using an old Buffalo forge. The flames of interest were fanned by my older brother living next door who was teaching smithing at the local community college.
During those years I made several knives but before long, “life” intervened and a dependable source of income and security became the primary imperative.
